Today...

after working on the IR sauna...

I decided to make a large meal of baked chicken and stuffing.

I had taken out a frozen 6 lbs of chicken package and put it in the fridge a couple of days ago.

So...

this afternoon...

I decided to bake them.

The chicken fresh from the oven...

with the stuffing to the right.

I had taken two of the chicken pieces and sliced them for my meal.

I then took the largest piece and sliced it for Bandi's meal

(along with half the stuffing).

I used this chicken rub...

and it was delicious.

My meal was all set out.

Bandi and I had about 1.5 lbs of chicken each...

along with one box of stuffing each (I had made two boxes of stuffing).

The chicken rub was so good that I hadn't used the sweet hot mustard at all.

We had stuffed ourselves...

it was like Thanksgiving.

After our meal...

we both just fell into a food coma and napped all day.

As the weather has been so nice lately...

I opened up one of my bedroom widows...

along with the kitchen window...

to allow a gentle cross breeze.

Once I cleaned up the kitchen...

I found Bandi lying on the floor...

as she liked the feel of the breeze upon her.

However...

as soon as I lay down in the bed...

she immediately hoped on top of me and just stretched out.

Bandi with a full belly...

and a sleepy disposition.

She rapidly began to snore...

and for most of the day...

she slept deeply.

I, too, was very drowsy after our large meal.

Only after the sun had set...

did I arouse from bed.

I went upstairs to practice more of the cover song I am working on with my 12 string guitar.

As the strings are still stretching...

I have to tune them frequently.

The song is coming along slowly.

I am still full from my afternoon meal...

and I have a few pounds of chicken left.

In a couple of days...

I will make them into chicken Yakisoba

(I will use 3 packs of noodles this time).

Tomorrow...

I will be going shopping at Walmart.

I need to stock up on various food items.

I will stock up on another 40 or so lbs of frozen chicken breasts and thighs...

among other items.

On the way back...

I am thinking of stopping in at AJ's for a pizza.

Yes...

even though I am full...

I am still thinking about devouring a delicious 

sausage and mushroom pizza tomorrow...

a large one all to myself  :)
